Start 11 minutes. Slowly built to 31 minutes. No more than 31 minutes.
Inhale through a semi-puckered mouth and hold the breath in for 4 or 5 seconds.
SAA TAA NAA MAA
(Saa-first short exhale, Taa exhale a little more, Naa exhale more, Maa finish the exhale)
Hold the breath out 2 to 3 seconds.
Sit in Easy Pose
Relax the elbows by your sides.
Bring the hands with the palms up to the heart level.
The little fingers of the two hands touch each along the length.
The other fingers and the thumbs are spread apart.
Look at your nose and beyond to the earth.
